Virtual Lab Project
An AI-powered product for storyboard-driven short-form creative work.

What Framelet does
Framelet helps creative teams and marketers move from a product idea to a complete storyboard plan — including concept images, scene breakdowns, and generated creative assets — in a faster, more structured workflow. Instead of starting from a blank canvas, users describe what they want to communicate, and Framelet builds a visual plan they can refine and use.
Why we built it
Short-form ad production is expensive, slow, and often disconnected from the product itself. We saw an opportunity to use AI not to replace creative work, but to accelerate the planning stage — where most time and budget is wasted. Framelet exists because we believe the gap between "product idea" and "creative brief" should take minutes, not weeks.
What building Framelet taught us
Framelet required end-to-end product thinking, from user research to interface design to production deployment.
We designed AI-assisted workflows that augment human creativity rather than replacing it.
A real-time, interactive product built with modern web technology at production scale.
Framelet ships regularly with real users, real feedback, and real iteration cycles.
How it is built
Framelet is built on a modern stack optimized for speed and iteration. The frontend uses React with a custom design system. AI capabilities are integrated through a service layer that coordinates multiple models for image generation, text planning, and storyboard assembly. The architecture is designed for rapid experimentation — new features can be tested with real users within days, not months.
