These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Virtual Lab website ("Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. Virtual Lab is operated from Australia. Our Australian Business Number (ABN) is 87 281 797 293.
Virtual Lab operates a company website providing information about our studio, products, and services. The contact form is provided for inquiry purposes only — submitting a form does not constitute a contract or agreement for services. Service agreements are made separately through direct communication and mutual written agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other Australian law that cannot be excluded.
These include guarantees that:
If our services fail to comply with these guarantees, you are entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, or refund.
All content, design, code, and branding on this Site is owned by Virtual Lab unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Site content without written permission. "Virtual Lab" and "Framelet" are trademarks of Virtual Lab.
To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject to Section 3 — Australian Consumer Law guarantees that cannot be excluded):
This Site may contain links to external websites (e.g., Framelet product site, service provider sites). Virtual Lab is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of linked third-party sites.
Emails sent by Virtual Lab in response to contact form submissions are transactional in nature and comply with Australia's Spam Act 2003 (transactional messages exempt from consent requirements). We will never add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent. Transactional emails will not contain promotional content.
You agree not to:

You must be at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use this Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Virtual Lab from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site; (c) your submission of content that infringes third-party rights or applicable law; or (d) any fraudulent, unlawful, or negligent act by you in connection with the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms are published in English, Korean, and Japanese for your convenience. The English version shall control in case of any discrepancy between versions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last modified" date.
